Jaya CM-UPJ Architecture Study Program Collaboration Applies BIM Technology in Apartment Projects

Tangsel (Bantenkita) - Collaboration between educational institutions and the industrial world is now increasingly becoming a major need, in line with the demands of technological developments and the complexity of modern construction projects. One concrete example of this collaboration is the synergy between PT Jaya CM, a leading construction management consulting company, and the Architecture Study Program of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) in an apartment development project in Jombang, South Tangerang. 

This project integrates the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which offers a holistic solution in planning, monitoring, and executing construction projects. With BIM, cross-disciplinary coordination can be done digitally on a single platform, overcoming the obstacles that often arise in the use of conventional 2D and 3D models.
